1. About the program
IntelliReply sends recurring informational text messages to people who ask to receive them. Messages may include notices about new or updated guides and general reminders about common scams and consumer protection topics. IntelliReply messages are educational; they are not financial, legal or insurance advice.
2. How to opt in
You join the program by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form and ticking the box that consents to text messages. The text message box is optional. You can sign up for email updates without it, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder’s permission.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on how often we publish or update guides and share reminders.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Please contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you do, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you sign up again. You can also ask to be removed by emailing info@intellireply.com.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email info@intellireply.com.
7. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network coverage, and messages may occasionally be delayed or fail to arrive.
8. Privacy
We use your mobile number only to operate this program and to keep a record of your consent and any opt-out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to this policy
